Associate Manager - Research & Strategy - Consulting Firm - IIT/NIT/BITS/NLU/IIM/ISB/TISS

We are currently working for one of our client which is leading Consulting firm working closely with leading political parties and governments in strategizing, ideating and implementing large scale political campaigns and initiatives

We seek to re-define how political leadership engage with the citizens through the usage of cutting edge technology, data analytics, new age media, research and implementation of modern corporate governance practices in the running of party cadres

We are a young and enthusiastic team, which aims to build the best Consultancy firm in the world. Members of the team are from top educational and professional institutions of the country (e.g. IIT, ISB, IIM, etc.) and have been handling campaigns at national and state level since past 3 years

About the role: Associate Strategic Manager

As an Associate Strategic Manager, you will be working closely with the senior management team to strategize and execute long term and short term initiatives for our clients and work with the stakeholders in the party/government to get them implemented. The role is similar to those in a general management consultancy firm. Specifically, here are some of the day-to-day responsibilities that you will handle:

- Conduct primary and secondary research to understand the recent situation in the geographies where our clients operate

- Strategize and ideate long term and short term action plan for the clients, along with the senior management

- Create standard operating procedures, project timelines and reports

- Coordinate with functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure time-bound execution of projects

In terms of educational background, skills and experience, we expect that:

- You are an Graduate/postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, DU, BITS, NLU, IIM, ISB, TISS, etc.)

- You have 0-4 years of experience in the field of general management, operations, sales, analytics etc.

- You are comfortable working with Microsoft office tools like MS-Excel, MS-Word, Power-point
