- Minimum 9 to 14 years of experience
- Should have experience in volume & bulk hiring
- Candidates with IT background good to go
- Looking for local candidates
- 15 years of mandatory education
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Management and Supply Planning expertise
- Responsible for Sourcing Planning and Managing pipeline across
- Meeting recruiting targets and managing internal or external stakeholder reporting
- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel with the special focus on New Age sourcing techniques
- Explore and implement the market best practices in the recruitment
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and Recruitment channels
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Conducts job interviews for key jobs in the organization
- Manages and develops the team of Recruiters
- Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements
- Act as an escalation point for business stakeholders for all recruiting related concerns
- Provide external marketplace information to Leadership
- Optimize and Update recruiting databases and tools
