Min Exp : 8 years to 13 years only

- Current company should be Tier 1.

- Min Salary of the candidate should be 10 Lacs per annum.

Job Description :

- Recruitment Analytics & Modelling Specialist is responsible for reviewing recruitment scorecards, analysis of recruitment data, manages recruitment survey roll-out and results analysis, enable tracking of recruitment headcount.

- He/she will interact with recruitment leads on a regular basis for target setting and budget planning exercise.

- He/she should use the knowledge of recruitment reports to enable automation and should be able to respond to adhoc report requests.

- He/she will be managing a team of 2 members to support this function and will be responsible for professional development of the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monthly recruitment scorecard review with recruitment leads

- Monthly/Biannual recruitment survey release and result analysis review with recruitment leads

- Monthly recruitment headcount tracking against approved blue print

- Quarterly budget planning and headcount planning with recruitment leads

- Release of global reports and India statutory reports in collaboration with CFR

- Ad-hoc recruitment analytics and reporting

Qualifications/Experience Required :

- 7 - 9 years of analytics, reporting and stakeholder management experience

- Ability to analyze and trend huge amount of data and draw sensible conclusions

- Understanding of recruitment process is an added advantage

- Ability to interact with an array of stakeholders to get required data/information for success of the role

- Desire to work in an information systems environment

- Excellent time management skills, good project management skills, ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
