Associate Manager - Post M&A Integration - Financial & Operational

The responsibilities of an Associate Manager will be the following :

1. Support execution of the carve-out / integration plan while constantly identifying areas for improvement, including resolving integration issues.

2. Lead engagement teams executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value.

3. Handling post mergers & acquisition activities like integration, valuation, financial modeling, restructuring, financial analysis, etc.

4. Manage a team of 5-7 professionals.

To qualify, candidates must have:

1. Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field with 6-8 years- of experience.

2. At least 4 years of functional experience relevant with handling M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement, cross-border M&A, etc.

3. Possess financial analysis experience from a number of pre- and post-deal transactions, etc.
