People management & Development:
- Lead a team of analysts to ensure delivery of tasks as per business requirement
- Ensuring availability of right talent pool in team: Including recruitment of right talent and career planning of existing resources
- Talent development within the team considering the current and future requirements
Operations management:
- Operations mgmt. for the team and making sure that there is strong contingency plan in place for Business continuity
- Tactical participation in the Operational review discussions and Business review meetings
- Setting Governance with the Line of Business (LoB) and internal team-members
- Succession management for team
Strategic tasks:
- To set the long-term vision of the team and drive progress towards that
- To discuss, contribute and challenge during key business decision meetings
Key project management:
- To drive, manage and deliver the critical projects as an SME as per need
Stakeholder Management:
- To make sure that Stakeholders are aligned and informed to the relevant details from GBS
- Collaborating closely with Stakeholders across seniority level to look at feedback, development opportunities
Business development:
- Driving key assessment projects to look at potential for offshoring
Finance GBS initiative and responsibilities:
- Key participation in Commercial Analytics and Extended management meetings and driving initiatives
- Driving and managing key initiatives within department and at unit level to meet the strategic requirements
Functional responsibilities for Pricing:
- Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyse Pharma pricing-related data
- Ensuring the successful delivery of pricing tasks from the team including data queries, reports, Price certificates, Business case evaluations, Reference pricing analytics and strategic project
- Provide analytical and consulting services in designing, delivering and executing projects related to Pharmaceutical Pricing
- Monitor the pricing & access landscape
- Develop competitive intelligence on pricing & access and provide insights into current and future market dynamics
- Support the development of brand pricing strategies by seeking most recent data and updating files and analyses of competitive landscape for review with senior leadership
Main job tasks:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business requirement and execute the key projects
- Managing the resources for the day to day tasks. Making sure that the SoPs and checklists are in place for all the recurring tasks
- Resource management for the tasks. Also, to closely monitor the utilisation of the team
- To have back-ups for all the critical tasks. To make sure that the BCP is in place for the tasks and the succession planning is managed well
- To agree on the KPIs for the team's performance along with the management. Then monitoring the agreed KPIs
- To drive new transitions and incremental tasks within the team. This would include understanding the scope of the support and providing suggestions on the set-up
- To drive initiatives at Finance GBS level and taking up the ownership of the same
- To clearly define the Roles and responsibilities for the team members
- To support management in the strategic discussions to look at the future of the team

- Collaborate with HS reps and ensure their involvement in relevant health and safety processes
- Appoint adequate resources with right competences to perform tasks related to health and safety
