Qualifications & Skills :

- Degree holder with minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience

- MIS/Analytics background with minimum 4 years of experience

- Data Analysis / Data mining / Management Information / Business Analysis

- Knowledge in SQL/ proficiency in BI tools

- Management Education, though not a must, but will definitely be an added advantage.

Job Description :

- To provide support to the Group Learning and Talent and the Group/Regional/Country HR.

- Helping the Business and HR stakeholders better understand the impact of People on the business and to help uncover and resolve issues.

- Designing, building & delivering the next generation of HR reporting & analytics products that meet the needs of business & HR stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- To provide support to the Group/Regional/Country Learning & Talent Head of HR.

- To provide analytical support to stakeholders, design and develop standard analytical packs, dashboards & informative reports based on customer requirements as part of management information.

- Proactively coach stakeholders on how to correctly interpret data & present it in a visual form that facilitates effective decision making.

- To act as advisor to Group, Country & Regional L&TD heads to facilitate change management in supporting data, reporting hierarchy initiatives.

- Facilitate data cleansing & maintenance, monitor data changes and report anomalies based on insights and business specific knowledge. Maintain data assurance and data quality standards.

- Identify opportunities for standardization of reports and promote the use of these reports to the wider HR community.

- Provide analytical data support to special projects undertaken by the L&TD Analytics team (e.g. Automation of Learning & Talent packs).

- Co-ordination with other departments, within the HRSSC, to drive global process and deliver on the overall HR collective agenda.

- Adherence to the group guidelines and data dictionary on Methodology/process of reporting.

- Drive quality through Service Excellence.
