Urgent opening for a leading Manufacturing Group.

Position - Associate / Manager Marketing - BTL Activities

Job Location - Delhi / NCR

Qualification - Preferably Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering Graduates with MBA - Marketing

Experience - 5 to 7 years

Job Purpose: To increase consumption and promotion of brand, the candidate needs to do multiple BTL activities on large scale basis. As the company is operating in 32 different segments, one needs to work with various agencies to understand the market trends, address the concerns and create awareness of brand & promote the brand. The concern will focus on detailed BTL Activities and monitor the progress of the same.

Internal Roles

Database Management - Maintaining Database of Customers/ Contact persons etc

Coordinating with various departments and collate Information

External Roles :

Brand Promotion - Fabricators Development & branding

Connect with Influencers throughout value chain and promote the brand

Customer relationship management - Develop PR with Tier 1; Tier 2 Customers

Market Survey - Personal Meetings with customers & Feedback collection

Marketing Communications - Direct E-Mailers/ Article Writing

Exhibition & conferences/ Trade Shows - Providing key support for participation in Exhibition, Conferences, sponsoring events

Key Responsibility -

Sales & Marketing

Fabricators development - Develop fabricators and support them in building base for quality fabrication units - Improve quality of household fabrication units and develop fabricators in multiple cities to provide genuine material.

Marketing Communications - Established communication channel with various Customer groups - Sending E-Mails, direct meetings with various customer groups, Development of Influencers.

Conferences & Seminars - Planning & organizing Conferences and seminars in various locations - Seminars and Conferences conducted in various cities in multiple segments.

Market Intelligence - Monitoring Projects and new investments - New Projects & investments identification.
