The Role and Responsibilities :
The primary focus of the role is to deliver analytics projects within the Group Retail Clients Analytics. The individual will be responsible for end to end analytics projects.
More specifically :
- Analyse and agree on the Design for Analytics projects
- On the agreed methodology develop and deliver
- Partner creating implementation plan with Project owner including project benefit
- Support on the deployment of the initiatives including implementation though any system
- Consolidate or Track performance for periodic performance assessment
- Create the technical and review documents for approval
- Act on behalf and/or represent the Team Leader as and when required
- Be an active member of the Business Analytics Centre of Excellence
- Provide expertise and support in developing and deploying predictive models, insights, segmentation.
- Embed models in the business strategy so that campaigns drive income as per Retail Clients Strategy and P&L targets, specifically Drive Client-centric analytics with in depth engagement:
- Client Lifecycle Management ( Acquire, Activation, Cross Sell/Up Sell, Retention & Win-back)
- Enable scientific - test and learn- for direct to client campaigns
- Trigger development from both segmentation and propensity models
- Pricing analytics and optimization
- Digital analytics including social media data analytics for any new methodologies
- Channel Analytics & optimization
- Client wallet utilization prediction both off-us and on-us
- Client and product profitability prediction
Compliance and Control :
- Ensure appropriate operational procedures are in place in compliance with the Bank's strategy, branding policies and standards
- Ensure adherence of Group Retail Client Analytics Governance
Our Ideal Candidate :
- Tertiary qualifications (Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics or Economics)
- Retail Analytics Domain Experience (Retail Banking Business, Channel or Product Knowledge)- 2 years+
- Good Business Knowledge
- Hands on modeling Experience
- Communication - Can seamlessly translate analytics outcome into business strategy and vice versa Excellent
- Mandatory Analytics application usage experience - SAS
- Good Excel Knowledge
- Understanding of CRM principles, analytics automation, P&L forecasting and understanding of data structure (large data handling capability)are mandatory
- Excellent PPT & Documentation Skills
- People Management Skills
