Position: HR Generalist (Associate Manager / Manager)
Location: Mumbai
Requisites:
- MBA in Human Resources.
- 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a change-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively across organizations
- Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and change.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook
Responsibilities:
- Partners with client group to support business needs and objectives
- Guide in the implementation, support and execution of human resources policies and programs at ABS.
- Responsible for areas of Human Resource including, employee / compensation data analysis, employee benefit programs, payroll interface, Human Resource process / compliance related documentation, exit process & attrition analysis and change management in partnership
- Respond to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures and identify potential issues raised by ABS employees and people managers.
- Advises and coaches people managers on all aspects of HR processes including: recruiting and selection, change management performance management and development, talent management, compensation, learning and development and employee relations to ensure alignment of HR strategy with business needs.
- Identifying learning and development needs within ABS through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with people managers.
- Designing and expanding learning and development programmes based on the needs of ABS and the individual.
- Create awareness and solicit nominations and appropriately reward employees through the Employee Recognition and Reward Program.
- Partners with Global HR colleagues: Compensation and Benefits, HR Systems, Learning and Development, Payroll and Talent Acquisition as initiatives are deployed for ABS.
- Drive all aspects of the Performance Management and Development cycle known as
- Performance for Patients with assigned client group including: objective setting, mid-year and year-end performance reviews, calibration sessions, compensation setting as well as associated PMD training initiatives.
- To be able to conduct Competency based interviews and manage Talent Acquisition when required.
- Active involvement in HR projects both locally and globally and become a leader in process improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to HR governance when maintaining HR data, preparing job offers, promotions, lateral transfers etc.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and keep up-to-date with legal changes and developments.
- Coordinate benefit, wellness, engagement and community related events for ABS.
- To supervise and manage the administrative related tasks with the support of the administrative lead at ABS.
