Associate Manager/Manager - Financial Due Diligence (Looking for only Statutory Audit's - Gurgaon)

The responsibilities will include :

- Managing and participating in due diligence engagements.

- Analyzing financial results of companies by reviewing their accounting records etc.

- Preparing pro forma financial information.

- Identifying issues for purchase price reductions, deal structuring etc.

- Managing a team of 15-20 professionals.

To qualify, candidates must have :

- Chartered Accountancy degree with 6-10 years of experience

- At least 5 years of relevant external audit/statutory audit.
