Our customer is one of the world’s largest Decision Sciences and analytics firms. They are leading solutions analytics solution providers in the area of Marketing, Risk and Supply Chain etc. domains. To enhance their operations and service excellence through enhanced customer engagement they would like to hire following professionals for their office based in Bangalore.

Designation : Associate Manager / Manager

Job Description:

- Associate Managers and Manager to lead customer engagement.

- Catching up with onsite counterparts to understand client requirements.

- Involved in providing solutions by understanding business processes, using appropriate technology & science / mathematics to generate consumable and actionable insights for customers.

- Synthesize the information from the voice of customer with onsite and help the development team to generate meaningful insights.

- Responsible for Hands-on delivery of short term and long term projects.

- Hands on work involved in writing some algorithm in SAS/R/Java or related technology preferred by customer.

- Attending knowledge sharing sessions with the cross functional team at period intervals.

Candidate expectation:

- Engineer / MBA from Premier Institute with 4-9 years of experience.

- Ability to understand and analyze voice of customer.

- Problem solving ability on the given situation rather than depending on the past domain expertise.

- Excellent communication and conviction abilities.

- Ability to provide comfort to customer / peers / subordinates and related stakeholders from diverse backgrounds by interacting and motivating them to achieve desired results.

- Hands on experience in using Statistical Techniques / Mathematical Modeling / Business Analytics tools like SAS / R / SPSS / MATLAB etc would be highly desirable.
