Manager - Management Information Analytics Role overview : - The Associate, Analytics role will assume all execution responsibility for data analysis spanning consumer information, competitive research, marketing channel metrics and product related metrics. The role holder will have significant exposure to Google Analytics and digital marketing in e-commerce. - The candidate can look forward to excellent global exposure spanning Europe, New Zealand, Australia and the Americas. Over time the candidate will have the unique opportunity to be involved in information analysis for breaking ground in new markets. This is an excellent role for someone who loves quantitative analytics and qualitative interpretation. The role will expand into strategic planning over time. - The role holder will report to the Marketing Manager and to the Head of Marketing with significant contact with the CEO. There may be co-ordination involved with agencies and marketing suppliers. Responsibilities : - Develop, own and execute analysis of information spanning multiple areas - Research competition to see how well they are doing including product, consumer and pricing strategy - Derive insights from Google Analytics - Analyze and interpret user data, product data, marketing data to come up with useful insights - Display creativity with data research, analytics and interpretation - Enhance information structures to support business strategic objectives - Ensure flawless and timely execution of reports - Measurement, tracking and reporting capability - Present information in visually understandable reports, dashboards and scorecards - Respond quickly to on-the-go reporting requirements from managers and above - Co-ordinate data dispersion amongst and between teams and agencies Skills &amp; Experience : - 5 to 6 years experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) - Can work fluently with Excel and PowerPoint - Works well with R and Tableau - Understands and can interpret numerical information and data patterns - Understands set up of Google analytics and has had deep exposure to GA - Has worked on reporting KPIs and contributed to report and dashboard building, ideally in an ecommerce environment. - Can take instruction well and is fast at grasping analytical concepts - Has an analytical bent of mind and can interpret large amounts of data - Is good at planning and organization - Wants to advance his strategic thinking skills - Is a team player and likes fast-paced environment - Can operate confidently in a fast paced, commercially rigorous culture and work well within a small team - Ideally is an MIS graduate and can do low-level programming while generating information reports - Can converse with tech teams for information system requirements
