Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel most cost effectively.
- Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline for the Sales Managers via cold - calling, out-bound leads, email communications, LinkedIn, referrals and other direct marketing methods.
- Initiates lead generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect.
- Manage marketing budget and prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads.
- Create and execute lead generation plans that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads cost effectively, including SEO, E-mail Marketing, PPC, Social Media and new Marketing Channels and deal closure.
- Find unique ways to attract the attention of C-level executives of retail, FMCG, transportation, courier, manufacturing and e-commerce companies across Asia and North America to influence them to use Product suite.
- Initiate appointments with Sales team and sync-up with the respective Sales Manager to determine meeting output and follow up aggressively to close the deal.
- Log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by Sales Head.
- Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work towards corporate objectives.
- Rigorously measure the lead and customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximize ROI.
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions and competitors marketing tactics to identify new opportunities.
Experience and Skills required :
- Minimum 1 yr of experience with B2B sales with a focus on lead generation.
- Software industry experience, particularly SAAS could be an added advantage (not mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in online lead generation.
- Expertise with a wide variety of lead generation tactics, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC and social media.
- Tech-savvy, with a knowledge of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics); HTML and WordPress a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
