Recruitment :
- Support hiring manager in creating job requisition
- Helps in Selection of staffing vendors and Manage them
Learning & Development :
Collaborates with Ops team and ensure training and career development needs met
- Monitors the delivery of training and career development
- Forecast training needs, designs programs to develop workforce competencies
Performance Management : Manage performance management strategies, policies, programs and tools
Employee Relations :
- Face to face meetings with the employees in the line
- Conduct skip level meeting with the team
Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
