Openings : Associate Manager - HR

Candidates with experience in handling from food, biscuits, cookies, chocolates

Key Result Areas :

- Candidates with strong experience in IR related activities.

- Manage the complete employee life-cycle.

- Handling Labour issues in factories in different countries.

- Budget planning for the factory.

- Design, Develop and manage competitive reward system and compensation structure.

- Manpower planning for the Factory.

- Effectively handle IR, Contract Labour, and liaison with the Government bodies.

- Negotiate with multiple Employee Unions. Driving new initiatives.

- Statutory compliance. Handling the wages and Compensation and benefits.

- Handling union/Labour issues.

- End to end employee life cycle management.

- Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures.

- Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.

- Ensure compliance with HR and Labour policies and procedures.
