Functional role

Associate 5-7 yrs

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle data conversion activities including data analytics for new HR system being implemented

- Documenting current system functionality and mapping to SuccessFactors system.

- Work closely with the regional and global HRIS teams on various project related activities.

- Support existing HR systems in terms of Setup Maintenance, Security Administration, Issue Fixes, and System Enhancements etc.

- System Expert - Understand the business processes and systems and suggest improvement by leveraging system functionalities.

- Provide solution to various system related issues / requirements by liaising with the functions and IT /Vendors.

- Manage effective channel of communication with all stakeholders.

- Testing of any changes to HR application including active participation in UAT for new system implementation.

- Create and Maintain documentation.

Key skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in working with HR applications with a minimum of 2-3 years on SuccessFactors.

- Should have worked on HR Implementation/upgrade project handling data conversion activities.

- Able to analyze large volumes of data and recommend solutions for data conversion understanding the scenarios.

- Strong documentation skills with the ability to understand and document system functionalities.

- Good System Testing knowledge. Should have participated in System / UAT during project implementations.

- Ability to understand and provide solutions to business requirements. Strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with new systems / technologies and drive initiatives.

- Strong functional bent of mind. Good understanding of HR processes a plus point

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong planning, organizing & reviewing skills

- Ability to work with a varied set of individuals across levels

- Knowledge of various technologies for in-house built applications would be an added advantage.
