Qualification : MBA-Tier 1-colleges, 2-4 years of experience in either FMCG/ PHARMA/ Consumer Durable

Experience in Talent Management, Campus Relations

Associate Manager HR

Responsible for delivering the Capability Building programs and Handling Campus hiring

Planning & design of capability building programs.

Talent Development to manage the capability development programs build strong partnerships at top B school campuses

Ability to communicate effectively with senior management

Special projects in alignment with the People Function business plan priorities.

Capability Building programs identified for enhancing organizational capabilities.

The role holder will also manage the Internal Communication portfolio, and support the Strategic Business Partner in driving employee engagement.

Project Management of existing leadership development and talent recognition programs

Execution of programs and ability to engage with associates during implementation
