Associate Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

Function Overview:
- The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities for OUS (Outside US) Central functions. He/She works with central finance teams, to provide financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
- During business plan, the Financial Analyst acts as an enabler for a high quality and timely OpEx submission in line with global and regional guidelines
- The Financial Analyst would work on Future State management reporting using the Business Planning and Consolidation tool (BPC)
- During month close, the Financial Analyst would be responsible for validating the accuracy of numbers in line with corporate and commercial requirements
- The Financial Analyst is responsible for delivering (TAI) Timely, Accurate and Impactful management reports and analyses to business partners.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support OpEx and Headcount planning process for OUS Central functions to ensure a timely, high-quality submission
- Be an effective Finance partner; provide ad-hoc business support on business cases and projects
- MIS reporting - Develop efficient and reusable financial reports and processes using data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Enhance and maintain the existing reporting capabilities including Daily Sales Flash and Stock on Hand for top affiliates
- Assist in streamlining financial and reporting processes across Europe and International regions
Main Requirements:
- Masters' degree in Finance or Management (MBA) or CA
- Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience in FP&A or Descriptive Analytics
- Strong understanding of financial planning & reporting processes
- Excellent analytical and system skills - Passion & ability to build solutions and draw insights using data analysis tools (MS Excel, SAP S4, BPC, Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of VBA (macros) is a must
