Associate Manager - Financial Due Diligence/Detailed Financial Analysis

The responsibilities of an Associate Manager will include the underneath mentioned points:

- Managing and participating in due diligence engagements

- Analyzing financial and operational results of targets through the preparation of various analysis

- Evaluating the effects of seasonal and cyclical changes on cash flow requirements

- Managing a team of 8-10 professionals

Job requirements :

To qualify, candidates must have:

- Chartered Accountancy degree or MBA in Finance from a premier institute with 6-8 years of experience

- At least 4 years of relevant external audit experience working with a public accounting firm and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience or experience in the field of financial planning and analysis and statutory accounting
