Associate- Manager- Financial Due-diligence

- We are hiring for Acquisory, which is a Private Equity firm working in areas of due diligence and asset management for their Mumbai office

Role : Financial due diligence

Experience : 1-8 yrs in financial due diligence

Qualification : CA

Location : Mumbai (4 - 8 years exp)/Noida (1-2 years exp)

Requirement :

1. Understanding of the business and economic environment with a commercial outlook.

2. Understanding of Financial Data including reading of and analysis of Financial Statements.

3. A good grasp on excel based financial modeling

4. An ability to create MIS and if provided with MIS understanding of the MIS and underlying data

5. An ability to understand and comprehend legal documents (SPA / SHA / SSA) and investment structuring (meaning how the investments is structured).

6. Knowledge about regulatory, legal and compliance guidelines (statutory guidelines, rules and regulations)

7. Ability to work independently.

8. An ability to manage relationships with investee companies.

9. High problem solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity
