JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title Associate Manager- Finance.

1. JOB PURPOSE : 

- Support SAP (FI) Finance practice in multi entity and diversified line of business environment. Also responsible for managing IT projects.

- Support Lead SAP FICO in delivering the most satisfaction of the end customers.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : 

 Accountabilities : 

- Accounting Process - Designing SAP for incorporating best practices in accounting

- Monitor SLA, Attend the weekly progress meetings, report to the management on the breach of SLA

- Training - Imparting regular and advance trainings

- Enhancements - system improvements in the existing SAP system

- Projects - FI and allied projects

- Hand-Holding of User in posting the transaction/updating in the system

- Facilitation of the IT Audit Across the Group

Financial Dimensions : 

- As per the team budget allocated at Lead Level

Other Dimensions : 

5. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE : 

 Educational Qualifications : 

Qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant

Relevant and total years of Experience : 

Total Experience of 5 years in the Business process out of which 3 years of relevant SAP implementation experience as core team member
