Associate Manager - Finance Reporting - IT

Designation : Associate Manager-Finance Reporting

Profile :

- 5 - 6 years experience

- B.com, M.Com/MBA. This can be looked at based on the availability of profiles and the experience of the candidates.

- Hands on experience in MIS Reporting, Financial Reporting, Audit Support. Knowledge of various tax and statutory regularities related laws is preferable. Prior experience of handling MIS and Financial Reporting at Group Level is a must.

Job Responsibilities : Inclusive but not limited to :

- MIS preparation on monthly basis at Group Level (4 subsidiaries, 5 Branches with Corporate entity).

- Preparation of P&L, BS & Cash Flow statement.

- Board slides with power point presentation.

- Variance analysis and cost analytics.

- Working with adhoc reporting requirements from various business stakeholders and investors.

Preparation of Stand-alone Financials for each entity as per IGAAP and Consolidation Financials for Group Audit under IGAAP.

- Preparation of schedule and sub-schedules as per big four auditor's requirement.

- Preparation of P&L, BS & Cash flow as per IGAAP.

- Providing audit support for statutory audits for all offices in India and overseas entities.

Skillset :

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Excellent in MS office suite, Tally ERP 9.0 software.

- High learning attitude and high level of adaptability.

- Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong application of mind with excellent understanding of accounting and financial concepts

- Enthusiastic and proactive in work approach with a strong sense of ownership of work

Preferable Knowledge and experience requirements in that order :

- Reporting and consolidation (most relevant experience)

- Strong Analytical skills (most relevant skill)

- Fundamentally strong in accounting and financial concepts (most relevant skill)
