Associate Manager - Finance

Job Responsibilities :

- Review loan agreements of all the facilities in the Group and identify the covenants to be complied with.

- Identify covenants to be complied on a periodical basis. Update the list with amendments to the agreements.

- Track interest and loan repayment schedules.

- Ongoing monitoring of Loan covenants

- Coordinate with respective teams to understand possible breach of covenants in advance.

- Obtain an update on compliance to the covenants.

- Prepare MIS reports asset wise / facility wise covenants to be complied and submit to the management. Submit an exception report of instances where covenants have been breached.

- Coordinate with respective finance teams for information requirement for any special projects.

- Liaise with consultants on any during special projects.

- Getting the information from all the verticals

- Consolidation / bank wise segregation

- Preparation of Group Exposure Statement and circulate to the very limited group members.
