POSITION GOALS
- Deliver best internal customer and stake holder experience by efficiently managing the Technical &Facility Soft Services of Chairman's residence and other spaces under assigned scope of area (Ref. Annexure 1)
- Drive Quality by implementing quality procedures in all Operational & Team initiatives
- Demonstrate Operational hygiene and accuracy in all areas under scope
- Look for opportunities to develop and improve self and team member capability levels.
- Ensure compliance with all Statutory, Regulatory, Legal and Audit requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleanliness and hygiene of facilities &other areas under scope are maintained as per standards all time.
- Monitor and review daily Housekeeping and Technical activities
- Supervise technical services to ensure uptime of all the Electro-Mechanical equipment to facilitate uninterrupted services
- Ensure PPM activities are carried out as per schedule to mitigate the risk of critical equipment failure.
- Monitor overall physical security operations and ensure implementation of security procedures
- Ensure vehicle fleet are maintained well, timely completion of all scheduled services, timely fuel refilling and records are maintained.
- Assess the operational needs at Chairman's residence and provide support which meet the expectations in terms of quality and timeliness of services.
- Maintain & manage stock of consumables ensuring no shortages / over stocking at any time
- Timely submission of consumable requirements for approval within time lines and progress with purchase
- Store rooms under scope are well arranged and maintained as per standards with live consumable records
- Review maintenance & upkeep of plants including lawns and ensure proper maintenance as per standards is maintained
- Manage and upkeep of F&B services ensuring hygiene and quality of food
- Organizing & preparing weekly food menu and fixing rate in consultation with stake holders
- Monitor and review the stock of kitchen / other consumable ensuring timely replenishment
- Ensure 100% uptime of Kitchen services and availability of manpower
- Ensure adequate quantity of fine dining crockery sets, lunch plates, glasses, spoons etc. are available and under usable condition.
- Coordinate for arranging special F&B services / other arrangements during events / functions
- Ensure SOP's are followed properly by vendor staff for all processes.
- Liaison with procurement team for timely execution of contracts and agreements under scope
- Submit monthly / weekly and other reports as required with accuracy in data and timely submission
- Timely processing / acknowledging and submission of all respective vendor related invoices
- Vendor Manpower compliance records are verified before deployment, reviewed periodically and maintain live records
- Adherence to processes and policies with approvals in place for any deviations.
- Timely closure of all external/internal audit findings, with no repeat NC's
- Establish professional connect / relationship with vendors, customers and other stake holders
- Perform any other tasks as mentioned Chairman / Chairman's family from time to time within agreed timeline and quality.
- Process improvement opportunities are identified in the areas under scope and implementation of such activities are carried out post review with Line Manager.
