They are spread worldwide.  Job Title : Associate Manager / Entry level Manager  Job Responsibilities / KRA's:  - Lead teams which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value.  - Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation.  - Support execution of the carve-out / integration plan.  - Interact with counter parts and clients across the globe.  - Business development activities including preparing presentations for client and internal pursuit meetings.  - Manage a team of 5-7 professionals. Conduct timely performance reviews for employees and develop other professionals by providing effective performance feedback and training.   - Identify new areas of engagement with global offices.  Desired skill set / Core Competencies:  - Education: MBA / CA with 6-8 years of experience.  - Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A.  - Should have worked on M & A Transactions. Possess financial analysis experience with the ability to link detailed operational analysis to P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.  - Open to travel globally.
