Babajob is looking for Associate Sales Manager with primary focus on overseeing the sales department within our organization.

Our ideal Enterprise Associate Sales Manager is smart, a natural coach, they set the bar high with their own work ethic, they lead in change management, and obsessed with metrics/efficiency.

We'll be aggressive in scaling the team, but won- t be sacrificing our professionalism in getting our product and brand out there, nor our culture of a supportive, winning sales team.

This position is a mid- -managerial level in the Company, supervises the assigned Sales Teams and is responsible for overall team performance.

The Associate Sales Manager reports directly to Sales Head. In case of the position of Sales Head is vacant, then the Associate Sales Manager reports directly to CEO or the assigned senior position.

Salary: 5-8 LPA
