Hiring for Associate Manager- Employee Engagement role for leading NBFC!
What we are looking for:
This role will be focused on holistic engagement initiatives which should engage the team in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities:
- Design and roll out engagement initiatives based on the pulse of the organisation
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation to drive team building projects
- Plan and organize activities to improve intra/inter communication
- Design and drive awareness campaigns around Overall Wellbeing
- Evaluate effectiveness of programs and make changes on the go.
- Manage social media platforms
Requirements:
- Atleast 5-6 years of experience in employee experience/welfare area
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and high on energy
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Ability to explore technology and automation for various activities
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Desire to learn new things on the job
