Associate Manager CSR

JD : Senior Associate/Team Lead - Sustainability Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Planning, managing, development and execution of CSR initiatives across the organization.

- Build strong networks with relevant stakeholders internally and externally to ensure that the work is well-positioned, relevant, and visible at a national and regional level.

- Identifying and liaising with potential and credible NGOs, research-based Institutes, Universities for viable collaborations on sourcing Medicinal plants via Contract Farming (CF) program - Regular and Organic.

- Biodiversity and Conservation project on endangered, negatively listed and Endemic Medicinal plants

- Sustainably engaging various CSR running projects/initiatives by constant value creation, additions and thereby developing a module towards creating a sustainable supply chain based on Industry requirement.

- Analysing, documenting and reviewing the impact of core running CSR programs/project/initiatives.

- Visual communication via video footage, documentation making and updating senior stakeholders in the organization periodically and using social media platforms to communicate project announcements and interventions.

CSR Compliance : Responsible for CSR compliance of the company's activities across India, track CSR regulations and guidelines

Skills and Experience :

- A minimum of 10-14 years of experience in sustainability programs with experience in the areas of Environment, Biodiversity, Community engagement outreach, Health & Hygiene, Education, sustainable infrastructure-based solutions

- Experience of working in non-profit, corporate set up and ability to track, record and assess the capacity of not-for-profit organizations.

- Excellent writing, communications, and project management skills.
