A Day in the Life
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Exercise discretion in revamping brand strategies to create a pitch that comes in handy in attracting potential buyers and decision-makers.
- Utilize a blend of strong soft and interpersonal skills to interact with industry experts and transform ideas into highly creative campaigns.
- Act as a single point of contact from the company's end to ensure brand consistency.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Produces promotional materials by developing basic presentation approaches and directing layout, design, and copywriting.
- Develops basic presentation approaches by reviewing materials and coordinating creative activities.
- Creates a production schedule by conferring with heads of art, copywriting, and production departments.
- Determines project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by staff.
- Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and recommending changes to art, copywriting, and production departments.
- Develops marketing strategies by examining customer objectives and planning, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements for direct marketing, telemarketing, and advertising.
- Keeps executives informed by compiling, analyzing, and reporting marketing results and forwarding plan projections and updates.
- Monitors revise and improve marketing plan and quality results by studying creative processes, analyzing campaign results, and implementing necessary changes.
- Work closely with the Leadership and various teams within the organization to identify the perfect market pitch and optimize processes right from development to demand generation.
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years of related experience with good experience in an agency or corporate setting
- Experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and communicate the architecture to overseeing production on time and within budget
- Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print.
- Proven experience with concept development.
- Highly skilled in leading a team of creative talent.
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
- Bachelors degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.
- Digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies.
- A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
- Flair for understanding user experience and its components and impeccable command over grammar.
- Should be able to define buyer personas right up to the user level and create tailored strategies for individual personas.
