The Role:

Associate Manager Corporate Mobility - SEA (ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES)

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with all stakeholders (GCP, Host Mobility Teams), Service Providers

- Conduct Performance Review for the team members and provide timely feedback

- Be part of the RFP for Vendor Management

- Maximum proximity to the current immigration changes and policies with deep understanding of processing work permit, engagement model etc.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure documentation are completed

- Review team report of the team members

- Monitor the Team SLA and performance. Drive Metrics and performance scorecard

- Be part of the Core Groups or Lead the core groups

- Work with the team members to continuously improve processes and systems

- Required to move into other teams such as operations when there is a requirement.

Skills Required:

- Should have at least 12- 14 years of relevant experience in visas & immigration compliance field.

- Should have experience in managing work permit processes for South East Asian countries and Europe and immigration vendors

- Should have People Management Experience.

- Coach and assist the team members reporting
