Associate Manager - Commissioning - Legal Publisher

Responsibilities:

Understanding of the legal/Tax framework and the structure of courts in the country

Minimum 5 years relevant work experience - preferably in a publishing or content management environment

Degree in Law / CA is essential.

Associate Manager Commissioning are functional managers within the Editorial Commissioning function.

Job comprises of identifying content need and gap areas, matching it with Subject matter experts and drawing up the publishing proposal and getting sign off of all the stakeholders.

They possess domain knowledge and are well aware of the customer needs, preferences and behaviour.

Managers in commissioning function are responsible of developing and executing a potent and robust publishing program. Without this role the content and publishing strategy cannot be executed

Accountabilities -

Executing content Strategy-

Aligning with the vertical leaders to understand and execute the product strategy and develop the new product development roadmap.

Assessing content need and gap areas to enable decision making

Author Identification and Management-

To identify subject matter experts and initiate discussion on product structure, scheme and presentation in line with the content strategy of the the business
