- Responsible for Commercial Retail leasing. Generate leads and ensure concluding Lease Transactions. - Support in Account management of existing tenants - Prospect Generation for Destination Retail: - Increase the prospect base &amp; sign lease agreements with Brands across Retail, - F&amp;B, Family Entertainment Centre etc - Conclude Commercial office transactions for Business Park including - Community/Social Infra like Gym, Food Court, Bank etc. - Achieve Land Monetization Target as per AOP - Create awareness of the city project by meeting the target audience (prospects) and presenting the city concept - Relationship building with IPCs &amp; Brokers to generate prospects and business opportunities Educational Qualifications : - Graduate with an MBA or equivalent qualification. - Extremely good interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills (Both spoken and written) - Candidate must have very sound analytical and strategic abilities. - Expert in using Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint - Needs to be extremely good team player - Good networking skill especially with all key stakeholders. - Excellent Relationship Development and Management Skills Relevant and total years of Experience : - 5-6 years Real Estate experience including in a B2B environment - Significant experience of Retail &amp; Office leasing, prospecting and concluding transaction
