Leading Global Tyre Manufacturer Requires Associate Mgr- Commercial ( -Gurgaon)

One of our client a leading US $ 2.34 billion Tyre Manufacturer with Global presence in over 18 countries including india & have strong presence in Middle east market/ Europe / North Africa including Dubai/ Qatar/North African . The Company aims to build strong presence in most of the major markets of the Regions & across geographies. While Dubai was set-up as the hub for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region two years back, the tyres for these markets are imported from both India and Europe. In the passenger vehicle tyre category, It would be capitalising on the increasing automobile sales, rising per capita income and implementation of strict rules for quality tyres .

We are looking for Associate Manager ( Commercial) for Corporate headquarter in Gurgaon.

Job Title : Associate Manager ( Commercial)

Qualification : CA/ MBA ( Finance ) from a reputed college/ institution

Experience : 2- 4 years post qualification experience with Manufacturing/ Consumer Durables/ FMCD/ Related industry

Location : Gurgaon

COMPENSATION : Competitive

Responsibilities :

JOB CONTRIBUTIONS :

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Associate Manager/Manager - Commercial (BPSC), who will strengthen the function across the organization.

This person will be responsible for the following:

- Order 2 Cash process Management

- New process Transitions

- Preparing Dashboard, Reviews & MIS

- Project management- Digital & ERP

Measurable parameters of the role

- Ensuring the Effectiveness of Order to Cash Process ( O2C)

- Collection monitoring and Process Effectiveness

- Leading New Initiatives/ Process Excellence

- End Mile Delivery Effectiveness

- Reporting & MIS

Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field)

- CA mandatory either 1st or 2nd attempt

- Excellent understanding of ERP-SAP

- Excellent Presentation Skil

- CA/ MBA( Finance) from a reputed institution/college

- An ideal candidate Should possess excellent academic credentials, a strong technical foundation in accounting, as well as broad business and operational finance capabilities.

- The successful candidate will be a well-rounded finance leader with an operational focus.

- He/she should have proactive communication capabilities, identifying and addressing issues via an open dialog.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
