1. This role involves US/UK SHIFT TIMING. If not comfortable kindly ignore 2. Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in resource management or project management in the software solutions industry. 3. Act as point of contact for resource booking confirmation, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals. 4. Build, maintain, and communicate resource forecasts. 5. Run weekly resource meetings and facilitate resourcing issues/conflict resolution with internal stakeholders and appropriate department heads. 6. Manage resourcing forecast spreadsheets for assigned BU from weekly meetings. 7. Work with BU Heads/Leads and Project Managers to identify appropriate resource requirements for each account and project. 8. Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing. 9. Monitor day-to-day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization, and actively work with the BU Head/Lead are to address and solve those issues. 10. Arrange weekly meetings with relevant stakeholder to discuss all active projects and potential new business 11. Work with departments to resource and assist in the identification and management of vendors and facilitate initial discussions necessary to meet specific project requirements. 12. Identify potential resourcing or process issues and present to BU Head/Lead Attend weekly resource calls and manage collaboration process with other department or practice to share resources on an as-needed basis. 13. Recommend process improvements for Resource Management. 14. Responsible for managing overall utilization. 15. Work to resolve any issues regarding under or over allocations of current staff members.
