Over time, they want to become the center of all money and financial needs for blue-collar workers and will thus expand to use cases in financial services and upskilling. They're a Y Combinator company that is backed by marquee investors such as Khosla Ventures, Founders Fund and Airtel. Several executives from Google and Flipkart are also investors in the company. CANDIDATES WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY MAY APPLY Position - Associate Manager - Category CTC - 16 to 19 Lakhs (Inclusive of15% Variable) Experience - 4+ years Roles & Responsibilities - Growth: Own the category PnL and drive exponential revenue growth & margins over the next 12-18 months. - Strategy: Own, define and drive growth strategy across category, customers, consumer segments, geographies. - Provide insights: to inform and support development of channel/customer specific executions. - Monitor and analyze: key market dynamics as the source of new consumer insights, competitive strategies and effective brand management & business intelligence practices. - Problem solving: Ability to operate and solve for business problems in ambiguous situations, with multiple data streams impacting decision making - Identify: changing consumer trends and consequent business opportunities. - Collaborate: with the marketing and business teams to drive the marketing plans for the category, including acquisition & promotion. - Manage: stakeholders across different functions, including Marketing, Operations, Product & Technology and Customer Support. - Lead: business critical cross-functional special projects.
