Job Description for Contract Management:

This position would be both FP&A and Business Finance known as Contract Management teams which plays a critical role in execution of the contract ensuring a good understanding of the contract, the risks, rights and obligations for the internal stakeholders; binding all the internal functions involved in execution of the contract; and tracking performance of service delivery, establishing required processes, managing any issues or claims or changes required, tracking and reporting periodically the deal financials, variances and ensuring contractual compliance.

Major Deliverables are :

- Understanding the Scope and Pricing of new deal from BFC/Sales /Contract understanding/Compliance's/Business Support/Restructuring

- Rolling Forecast and Budgeting : monthly and weekly Projections/Contract Administration reports/Annual Budgeting/ Customer 360 P&L Actual's view/ Variance analysis against Budget/Profit improvement Plans and over-deployment analysis

- Reports and Analysis : Corporate Reporting and analytics and activities around revenue leakages

- Revenue Recognition - USGAAP for T&M/Device based/FPP Projects + Cost Tracking and Provisioning

- Approval of Capex/Opex and Tracking timely billing
