Associate/Manager/AVP - Investment Banking - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
- Working on Private Equity, Structured Equity / Debt and M&A Advisory Projects, working both on sell side as well as Buy Side of the transaction
- Assisting the IB leadership team in conducting industry research, market mapping and preparing mandate pitches
- Building financial models, pitch presentations, teasers, information memorandum etc
- Liasoning with clients and preparation of transaction collaterals
- Candidate would be expected to get actively involved at every stage of the transaction, working closely with middle / senior management teams
- Provide transaction support to the clients throughout the deal lifecycle
- Candidate would be supported by associates and analyst team in the IB team
