Job Purpose:

To Assist Audit Lead of Role Audit Associate Manager for Cement Business

Sub Functional Area Cement Business - Audit Role (Audit Executive Role)

Job Purpose:

To Assist Audit Lead / Manager to ensure effective and comprehensive execution of Audit and Assurance engagements for sector through robust planning, timely reporting and escalation and overall program management to provide assurance on Risk Management process. Responsible for conduction end to end Project Management Audits across sectors effectively coordinating with multiple teams under guidance of Audit Manager.

Sr. Key Accountabilities / KRA Guidelines

1. Support Audit Manager / HO team in Implementation of internal audit plan in line with the Internal audit strategy

2. Carry out Audit as per the defined guidelines / templates and timelines

3. Liaison with Group Project Audit Teams for effective delivery and engagement of Third-Party Auditors

4. Keep the Audit Lead / Manager / HO team up to date on progress / ensure prompt escalation in case of issues

5. Track progress of the assigned engagements and follow up actions by the process owners

6. Liaise with business SPOCs to update Audit findings, clarifications, and Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions to provide IA related updates to Sector Head / HO team, as and when required

7. Develop industry specific knowledge and other relevant domain knowledge

8. Develop proficiency in the Internal Audit tools (e.g., automation systems, analytics tools) and methodologies

Experience & Educational Requirement:

Experience:

- 3-5 years handling Audit of Power Sector, Generation, Transmission, Distribution or any FMCG Sector Similar nature Audits and of large-scale (Big4 experience preferred)

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant

- Additional related qualification on Management / Infra Projects preferred
