Associate - Management Consultant

Location: Flexible, with required travel to Riyadh for project work

Position Overview:

As an 'Associate', you will play a pivotal role in supporting our project owners across a variety of projects. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about translating strategic insights into actionable business outcomes and have a proven track record in consulting or relevant industries. Stakeholder management is an essential part of the job role,considering you will be interacting with senior stakeholders e.g., high ranking public officials, CXOs, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

1) Project Leadership: Lead smaller project modules or streams, ensuring high-quality delivery within set timelines.

2) Client Coordination: Act as a liaison between the project team and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

3) Data Analysis: Collaborate with Analysts for data gathering, analysis, and interpretation to inform strategic recommendations.

4) Strategic Implementation: Support the development and implementation of strategic solutions, tailored to meet client needs and objectives.

5) Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members across functions to foster a collaborative environment and ensure the integration of insights and solutions.

Profile Requirements:

- Educational Background: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant industry, demonstrating a strong foundation in strategic thinking and project management.

Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory, as the role involves extensive interaction with senior stakeholders.

Travel: Willingness to travel to Riyadh for project work, as required by client engagements.

Compensation: As per industry standards (INR 6 - 12 LPA)
