Associate - M&A Advisory/Valuation & Business Modeling - CA Firm

Job Description:

- Performing end to end execution of the deals except sourcing.

- Preparing complex financial and business model from the scratch

- Working on company and business valuation- DCF & Relative valuation

- Prepare detailed company profiles, information memorandums etc.

Desired Profile

Qualified chartered accountants with minimum 5 years of core experience into M&A advisory/ Business Modeling/ Business valuation

Required Skills:

- Deep knowledge, interest and solid foundation in Accounting and Finance

- Solid Financial Modelling Skills M&A models, complex valuations, DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions Analysis and Global / Domestic Peer Benchmarking

- Ability to dig into and understand industries and companies well, both from a qualitative and quantitative point of view and prepare detailed memos and company profiles

- Ability to lead due diligence and coordinate with clients, companies and industry experts to collect, analyze and present data in the most logical, simple and easy to understand way

- Should be able to coordinate with law firms to draft legal documents to execute the transactions

- Good written and spoken English (communications skills)

- Ability to work hard, desire to learn and think independently

- Good attitude, proactive nature and humble

- Strong desire to build a long-term career in financial services
