Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of RERA is must
- Managing clients' cases from start to finish.
- Developing strategies.
- Negotiating and preparing legal client contracts.
- Drafting of Documents Viz Agreement For Sale, Deed Of Sale, Gift Deed, Confirmation Deed, Power of Attorneys, Rectification Deed, Leave and License Agreement, Will & Society Transfer Files
- Calculation Stamp duty and Registration Fees as per the Documents
- Giving the quotation of Agreements to the Clients.
- Verification of all the chain of documents before finalization.
- To Finalize the Documents with Clients and taking their final signatures.
- Finalizing Registration Date.
- Compliance of task assignment and timelines for completion for each task and main activities and reporting result.
Desirable Profile:
- Real-estate experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of RERA is must
- Attention to detail in order to identify and correct risk practices.
- Ability to handle the role independently and take decisions.
- Must be a strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and writing.
- Well versed drafting and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Fluent Communication Skills.
- Sound understanding over all aspects of legal matters related to real estate drafting agreements and in non-litigation legal matters.
