Associate - Legal - M&A Transaction - Infra

Looking for a M&A transaction lawyer for a multinational infrastructure company headquartered at Ahmedabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. M&A (Transactional) experience

2. Drafting, vetting and finalizing contracts in line with business understanding

3. Experience in dealing with the international parties and EPC projects will be an added advantage.

The candidate must have;

1. 4-7 years of PQE

2. Strong legal acumen

3. Good interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel to United States for meetings/negotiation & training purposes.
