Associate Legal with big four in Gurgaon

Position : Associate Legal with big four in gurgaon

Qualification : LLB / CS Preferred as Added Advantage

- Opening for one of the big four law firms in India having experience in corporate advisory & transactions, documentation (including undertaking due diligence's) relating to corporate, commercial, Foreign Direct Investment & foreign exchange laws.

- Experience in competition law, real estate & infrastructure matters will be an added preference.

This is a corporate advisory position and not a litigation position hence litigation experience is not relevant.

The candidate must have good academic track record of having acquired law degree from a reputed National law school in India or from Delhi University or Symbiosis/ILS.
