Associate - Legal - LLB

We have a requirement for an Associate Legal position with one of our client in Gurgaon.

LLB from any reputed Law School.

Membership of ICSI (i.e., Company Secretary) desirable but not mandatory.

LLB qualified with minimum 2 years of PQE from well known Law Firms in India having experience in corporate advisory and transactions/ documentation (including undertaking due diligence) relating to corporate, commercial, Foreign Direct Investment & foreign exchange laws.

Experience in competition law, real estate and infrastructure matters will be an added preference.

This is a corporate advisory position and not a litigation position hence litigation experience is not relevant.

Experience : 2-4 years
