JD - Legal Associate Role : Experience : 0-1yr Responsibility : 1. Review and negotiate various IT contracts like MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Alliance Agreements, Vendor Agreements etc. 2. Provide legal opinions on matters. 3. Conducting research on legal issues and advising internal stakeholders on the risks involved in transactions. 4. Coordinating matters with external counsels. 5. Provide advisory services to various HR functions. 6. Working on customer disputes with internal stakeholders. Essential requirements : 1. Good communication skills and be able to draft well. 2. Must be able to work and manage large volume of work. You should be flexible and capable of working efficiently in a demanding environment with international operations. 3. Must be pragmatic with an approach to find solutions to business problems. 4. Be able to work in a team and take independent responsibility. 5. Must have an LLB degree. Work Location: Bangalore
