Associate - Learning & Development - Manufacturing

We required a candidate for associate L&D profile for a Multinational Manufacturing company which is located in Gurgaon.

You have to directly report to the L&D Head .

- Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing competencies of the employees. 

- You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our employees.

- Training Need Identification

- Training Program Facilitation

- Training Coordination

- Talent Development special projects

- Tools and Processes.
