We are looking for an experienced Operations professional whose responsibilities include:

- Risk reporting– responsible for the production of a variety of risk reports:- weekly risk meeting, risk mitigation team, incidents, regulatory response

- Automation – partner with the Operations Risk Technology Strategy team and the Risk Technology teams to design, enhance and automate the various risk reports for the division

- Reference data maintenance – update and maintain multiple risk reference data tables and sharepoint sites

- Risk Analytics Platform (RAP) – responsible for identifying enhancements and testing

- Coordinate the updating and close out of Risk Action Items

- Risk Metrics and Analysis – work with the ORM team and to identify key risk metrics (e.g. via Risk Quotient) andhighlighting areas of concerns & themes across the division

- Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) – work with the global ORM team in ensuring a smooth and efficient quarterly risk and control signoff process

- Work closely with other risk managers in other locations to share key initiatives and best practices; better integrate with the wider global Operations Risk Management teams

SKILL / EXPERIENCE

This role requires an energetic self-starter that can liaise with various Operations teams both regionally and globally. Solid experience and prudent knowledge in the Firm’s operational processing and control requirements are required together with strong interpersonal andanalytical skills for this role.

- Strong Microsoft Excel and Access development skills required

- Visual Basic for Applications programming language required

- Ability to analyze existing Macros and VBA code required

- MS Office automation using MS products like Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate issues and ideas with different levels across Operations and Federation stakeholders

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand complex workflows, and excellent attention to details

- Proven track record of improving processes and demonstrating successful teamwork

- Strong control mindset with a passion for risk management

- Strong project management skills
