However, given the political nature of the client, it will stand you in good stead to note the following :   - You will have an opportunity to experiment and spearhead various approaches to digital campaigning at varying scales, and expected to lead these initiatives upfront. While this is an interesting proposition and comes with enormous exposure, it also raises expectations on maintenance of confidentiality, innovation and creativity, display of exemplary program management skills and most importantly, on performance.   - You will have a lot more autonomy work-wise coupled with less interference, but it also requires you to be a self-starter with strong problem solving, and project management skills.   Job Specifications/ Requirements :   - Marketing & Communication Background  - Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills  - Strong research and analytical skills  - Ability to think creatively and innovatively  - Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges  - Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.  Educational Qualifications : MBA from Premier B-School is preferred  Experience : 2-8 years- ideally from a blue chip FMCG or a PR and/or Advertising background.
