ASSOCIATE - KM (OPERATIONS)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with and assist the KM Operations Team to build a knowledge database by tracking legal developments and news, summarising them accurately, and circulating them within the Firm on a real-time basis.
- Assist in saving updates circulated appropriately in the firm's database.
- Assist in collecting, redacting, tagging, and uploading firm memos and notes in the firm database.
- Assist the KM Operations Team in maintaining lawyers' KM and training passports which record their attendance/ compliance with various training sessions and KM programs.
- Assist Head and team on other KM & Training programs (internal and external) as may be required from time to time.
- Assist team in preparation of an annual KM budget.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION LEVEL - LL.B. degree from a recognized educational institution.
EXPERIENCE - 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
