Our client is looking to hire Center Head in Chennai.

Role Overview:

This role will work closely with the leadership of their India center and will be accountable for supervising essential platform development initiatives and fostering the delivery teams. This opportunity offers significant potential for growth, providing avenues for expanded leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with various divisions, including software engineering, mobile development, QA, data science, domain experts, and project/product management, to strategize and execute product roadmaps. Moreover, recognize talent requirements and develop efficient recruitment strategies.

- Actively oversee project advancement, financials, resource allocation, potential pitfalls, and interdependencies for strategic initiatives.

- Assume the lead in introducing enhancements to processes and ensuring quality across development teams.

- Identify disparities and provide guidance to less experienced and mid-level technical managers.

- Produce comprehensive metrics and status reports to evaluate team and project performance.

- Foster close cooperation with our worldwide leadership team to synchronize priorities and procedures, ensuring harmony with the CEO's vision and individual goal synchronization.

- Contribute domain knowledge in domains such as digital health, data science, and AI to participate in our strategic planning and technical vision.

- Play a critical role in nurturing team culture, stimulating innovation, and promoting knowledge exchange.

Requirements:

- A verified history of over a decade in a technical leadership role.

- Demonstrated experience in overseeing engineers and data scientists.

- Robust project management and people management skills.

- A collaborative attitude and the ability to build alignment across diverse teams.

- Exceptional communication and presentation competencies.

- Comfortable with collaborative work in a global context.

- Masters degree from a reputed institution.
